
Application Form
Please use the form below to apply to our programs. Applications will be accepted starting in December. Preference will be given to Quaker families and alumni families including current Half-day families for all applications received by January 31. Families will be notified during the first week in February. We will continue to accept applications for any remaining openings on a first come, first serve basis. All registrations received must include the $150 application fee. All families will be notified by phone regarding the status of their application. Fees will be refunded at that time to those whom we cannot place.
Once accepted into our program, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of tuition will be due by April 1st, to hold your child’s place. Please be aware that enrollment is for the full school year and parents are responsible for the entire tuition. In case of withdrawal, there will be no refund.
