Mighty Oaks from Little Acorns Grow
London Grove Friends Kindergarten and Little Acorns Preschool offer three programs: Little Acorns Preschool, Half-day Kindergarten, and Full-day Kindergarten. Our programs offer nurturing and engaging opportunities of learning. Children explore core subjects through our nature-based philosophy, with plenty of time for play, creativity, and discovery.
Hours & Eligibility

Little Acorns Preschool: Monday - Friday, 9 am - Noon.
At Little Acorns Preschool, parents can choose the days that work best for their family. Our program provides a gentle, nature- and play-based introduction to learning, thoughtfully designed for curious 3 and 4 year-olds.
Little Acorns wishing to stay until 3:00 pm will join an enrichment teacher for the afternoon.

Half Day Kindergarten Program: Monday - Friday, 9 am - Noon.
Our Half-Day Kindergarten program offers a nurturing and engaging morning of learning. Children explore core subjects through our nature-based philosophy, with plenty of time for play, creativity, and discovery. Children will be accepted who will be 5 years old by January 31st of the school year.
Half-day friends wishing to stay until 3:00 pm will join an enrichment teacher for the afternoon.

Full Day Kindergarten Program: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 3 pm and Friday 9 am - Noon
Our Full-Day Kindergarten provides the same warm, nature-centered foundation as the Half-Day program, with additional time for deeper exploration, projects, and community-building. Children will be accepted who will be 5 years old by August 31 of the school year.
Full-day students may stay for after school enrichment until 3 pm on Fridays at an additional charge.

After School Enrichment: Monday - Thursday, 12 - 3 pm for Little Acorn and Half Day Kindergarten Students and Friday, 12 - 3pm for Full Day Kindergarten Students.

Afternoon enrichment class is taught by London Grove’s Teacher Deena. Enrichment time is designed to supplement our educational programs with focused language arts practice through engaging, hands-on applications such as theatrical performance, sign language, and story telling.
Admissions
For information about enrollment process, please visit our Admissions page. Applications are accepted in December along with a $150 application fee. Families will be notified during the week of February of enrollment. For remaining spots, applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We can’t wait to welcome your family to our community!

Parental Involvement
We believe that parental involvement is key to creating an amazing educational environment! Children flourish when there's a vibrant partnership between home and school. At our Preschool and Kindergarten, we offer a variety of exciting opportunities for parents to get involved, from volunteering to helping out with special events. We invite all parents to be part of the London Grove Kindergarten community. ​
