Refund Policy

All registrations must include a $150 registration fee at the time of application. Families will be notified by phone regarding the status of their application. If a child cannot be placed in a class, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

Once a child is accepted, a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition is required by April 1st to secure the child’s place in the class. This deposit will be applied toward tuition but is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or non-attendance.
